Clay & Wonder Camp (Summer 2026)

Clay and Wonder Camp is a jam-packed, highly immersive, hands-on ceramic clay and art experience for kids who love to make, explore, get creative, and maybe a little messy.
At Clay & Wonder Camp, creativity leads the way. Makers will dive into the world of clay through handbuilding, sculpting, and glazing. (Finished ceramic work will be fired and available for pickup at a later date)
Campers will also explore various art materials and spend time outside to connect with nature for observation and inspiration, allowing space for wonder to lead the process.
Clay & Wonder Camp is an inclusive space where children can try new things, follow their ideas, and experience the joy of making with their hands while building new creative skills along the way. Along with great memories, campers will head home with a collection of unique handmade works and a deeper sense of curiosity, imagination, and wonder that they can continue to build on.
*Please note that there are multiple stairs at this studio, and it unfortunately may not be suitable for campers with mobility issues. Please reach out with questions or concerns.
*Please note that the same programming will be repeated in July weeks, with alternative programming for August. July and August will offer completely different experiences, exploring a variety of skills, techniques, and materials.
Campers ages 7-12

Beyond clay, makers will explore a variety of materials and processes, including metal stamping, jewelry making, and more.
August
Beyond clay, makers will explore a variety of materials and processes, including tinkering with automata movement in art, painting, making handmade paper, and more.

Price
Total price $275 per week. Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4:30 pm. Before and after care is available for an additional fee if required.

After filling out the form, you will receive email confirmation of your spot with instructions on sending a $75 deposit to reserve a spot, send via e-transfer, or in-person drop-off at artisticaos Studio in Cargil.

Hi, I’m Terri. I’m a ceramic artist, where my days are spent creating pieces inspired by nature, storytelling, and a constant sense of curiosity.
I’ve also spent many years teaching clay and art to children, and creating spaces where they feel comfortable to explore and express themselves is something I care deeply about. I truly love to inspire, whether through my own work or by encouraging young makers to follow their ideas, get a little messy, and discover what they’re capable of.
Clay and Wonder camp is an opportunity to share my passion for creating. I can’t wait to create, explore, and have fun alongside your kids.
